Maximising your wakefulness to create the perfect restorative sleep

During our waking hours we can do many things to help create a restorative sleep the following night. As a diurnal creature we sleep during the night and wake during the day based on how we evolved over millions of years. The modern world has created many different levels of complexity with this simple day/night cycle of sleep and wakefulness. Many of these modern complexities are based on forcing more wakefulness into our lives with an almost universal thinking this will benefit us as individuals, sorry to tell you this but it won’t.
