Amazing World of Sleep

Here we’ll explore some of the odd things about sleep, like why, where and how on earth has it lasted so long in the evolution of life on earth. Then more serious questions like why when I see somebody yawn do I feel an overwhelming need to join in, I’ve just yawn writing this so apparently just mentioning it has the same effect. Looking way back did life find wakefulness from sleep or sleep from wakefulness, I know if that’s not a confusing idea I don’t know what is.
